How do you stash your stash? Stash Builder Monthly Fabric Club!

When you purchase fabric, do you have a particular project or pattern in mind? Or do you shop based on what strikes you at the moment, and then add it to your stash to use at a later date?  What amount of a particular fabric do you buy? Fat quarters? Half yards? Multiple yard cuts?

Perhaps it’s a mix of both. When I started sewing more in earnest a few years ago, I didn’t know what a “stash” was.  I shopped for fabric as I needed it.  Over time, however,  I realized the benefits of purchasing fabrics for later use, as well as good times to buy multiple prints or multiple yard cuts.

Shopping during markdowns and sales can be a great opportunity to stock up on multiple yard cuts for use in larger projects such as quilt backings, garments, and bags or bag linings. Right now we have nearly 400 fabrics on sale for $8/yard or under.

The best way to get a great stash is to join our Stash Stack Club!  Each month you revieve 12 fabrics in one color stash builder bundles.  Stash builders are fabrics that read as just one color.  They are one color with white or a tone on tone with the same color (just different shades).  It’s the best monthly fabric club!
